Everyone’s favourite appy looks fancy but they’re so easy to make! You can also dust them with a little smoked paprika for added pizzazz.
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp salad dressing
- 1/4 cup olives, finely chopped
Peel eggs and cut in half, lengthwise. Slip out yolks and mash with a fork. Mix in seasonings and salad dressing. Use a spoon or piping bag to fill the egg whites with the mashed yolk mixture, heaping up slightly.
