Rodney's Stir-Fried Broccoli | nbwi.ca

We’re not sure if Adeline Adams has ‘borrowed’ the recipe from someone named Rodney or if she had titled it after the person who loved it best – either way, Rodney’s got great taste!

  • 1 bunch broccoli (2 lbs)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Wash broccoli and cut in florets. Heat oil and garlic. When garlic turns golden, add broccoli and stir fry 1 minute.

Spring with sugar and salt and stir in chicken broth. Cook briskly for 2 minutes covered. Uncover and toss until liquid evaporates.

Best ever broccoli!
