Perfect for kiddies and kids-at-heart, these no-bake cookies come together quickly. And get eaten just as fast!
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos are too dark)
- Extra crumbs for coating
- Sliced almonds, silver balls, string licorice for decorating
Melt semisweet chocolate in a double boiler; remove from heat.
Blend in sour cream, then add 1 cup of chocolate crumbs.
Mix well and chill til firm.
Scooping out a spoonful of the chilled chocolate mixture at a time, roll into oval-shaped balls and coat with crumbs.
Decorate with silver balls for eyes, sliced almonds for ears, and string licorice for tails.
Makes 16-18 mice.
