This easy no-bake pie comes together in a snap! Plan ahead, though. It needs at least 6 hours in the fridge to come together.

  • 24 graham wafers
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 1/2cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 20oz tin of fruit cocktail, drained

Crush 24 graham wafers.

Melt 1/2 cup butter and add to wafers. Use 3/4 of the wafer crumb mix to line the bottom of a pie plate or square pan. Leave the remainder to crumble on top of the pie.

Put 25 large marshmallows and 1/2 cup milk in a double boiler and dissolve. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.

Whip one cup cream. Add the tin of drained fruit cocktails. Fold the whipped cream and fruit into the cooled marshmallow mixture.

Spread evenly over top of the pressed crumb mixture and top with the remaining crumble.

Let cool in refrigerator at least 6 to 12 hours.
