The office will re-open on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020. We will continue to practice social distancing, so please give the office a call before you come in. We will be operating during our normal working hours – Monday thru Wednesday: 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. til 12 p.m. on Thursdays.
One of the first mandates of the Women’s Institute was to educate and create awareness around hygiene and health. With this in mind, we’ve looked into Health Canada and the Government of Canada’s recommendations for prevention and risks surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Social distancing, self-monitoring and isolation for those feeling ill, and handwashing are all preventative measures that help reduce the spread of the virus.
With this in mind, the New Brunswick Women’s Institute head office will be closed until further notice.
Our administrative officer, Rose d’Amour, will continue to work remotely. She can be reached via our regular email address and phone number:

We appreciate your patience in these uncertain times. Thank you for your understanding.
Rose,
Greetings to you from Moncton! I am a senior living on the banks of the Petitcodiac River in a 26 condo building housing a lovely community composed of young professionals, young retirees and seniors like me. I would love to order 30 masks to offer to everyone who lives here. Thus, we will encourage our neighbours to protect others as we gradually move towards a more normal life. Many thanks for the initiative and keep well. Sharon Mackenzie and I will contact you and yours later on to share our GREAT intergenerational Train the Trainer project as part of the NB Healthy Aging Pilot Project 2020-21.
Jeanne Brideau
NB Goodwill Ambassador
Initiator of the Senioraction project
Thank you for reaching out, Jeanne! Rose will reply via email to assist you with your order.
